When you arrive at Real the first thing we do is take you on a tour of the salon to enable you to familiarise yourself with your surroundings, know where the facilities are and feel comfortable with the space. Then we start with the three Cs.

Whilst enjoying this we will explore the best treatment for you based upon what you want, your lifestyle, personality and the Aveda Elemental Nature™ that best suits you.

- You will then be invited to take part in a sensory journey that will include adjusting the lighting, temperature, feng shui and aroma to make sure we are totally in tune with your Aveda Natural Element. You will choose a aroma from a selection that will be mixed into the Aveda products we are using, adding to the holistic pleasure of your Real Beauty Experience.
- Your Real therapist will then talk to you about beauty treatments you can continue at home, including suitable products and applications. One of our key points of difference however is that we believe this advice should not be taken in isolation, we will where necessary give complimentary guidance to you based on your individual needs and Aveda Elemental Nature, this could include stretching exercises, nutrition, exercise or meditation.
